Q. Why can't I get rebate from GoDaddy's hosting plan or other new customer only plan?

A. Some providers only offer commission for new customers only, such as: GoDaddy, etc. If you have an account with the provider and you put your order with the exist account, we can't get commission from your order. So we can't offer rebate for it. I don't know if it is eligible if you create an new account to put your order. But you can try it and submit your rebate request. We will send rebate to you if we get commission from the providers.

Q. How much rebate can I get?

A. The rebate amount is shown in the website. Generally, you should get the amount. But we reserve the right to adjust the amount for the following cases:
1) We increase or decrease the rebate amount in 10 days after you submitted the rebate, we will pay the max rebate to you.
2) The provider decreases the commission and the commission is less than the rebate amount, we will pay all commission to you.
3) The provider increases the commission, we will pay more rebate to you.
4) The provider terminates the affiliate relationship, we can't pay the rebate. But we give you a free ad for one month in our websites.
